As an Electrician, you will be:

• Working across a large university estate near Warwick completing electrical maintenance
• Responding to reactive breakdowns and emergency electrical issues
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and statutory testing
• Fault finding and repairing systems such as lighting, emergency lighting, alarms and controls
• Supporting minor electrical installations and small project works

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• A full UK driving licence
• Experience within building services, estates, or facilities maintenance environments (preferred)

The role is offering the following benefits:

• Salary of around £32,000£33,000 per year depending on experience
• Around £2,400 per year additional pay for participating in the call-out rota
• Around £2,000 additional salary uplift allowance
• Pension scheme and additional benefits package

This Electrician position offers consistent weekday working hours of around 36 hours per week, typically daytime shifts, providing a strong work-life balance while still offering varied and technically interesting work across the estate.
Location & travel
This role is based at a university campus near Warwick, with work carried out across multiple buildings on the estate. xwzovoh A vehicle is available on site to transport staff, materials, and tools between locations when required.
