Meraki Talent has been exclusively retained by Noble & Co to appoint a Corporate Finance Associate as part of the firm's continued growth.

This role is focused on the delivery of transactions to completion, over time it has potential to grow into including business development responsibilities.

You will have day-to-day responsibilities to run live M&A and fundraising transactions end-to-end within a lean, high-performing team.

Deals:

Typically, mid-market with additional exposure to larger transactions

Sectors:

Broad and sector-agnostic with current mandates in Drinks, Housing, Government & Renewables

Environment:

Entrepreneurial, accountable, independent, collaborative, productive

You will:

• Run transaction execution day-to-day
• Manage advisers, investors and counterparties
• Represent the firm directly with clients
• Maintain pace and commercial discipline
