Customer Service Advisor

Working with automotive giant who are growing their team within their new range of Modern Luxury Cars. This role will be working within the complaints/relationship Centre, an integral division within our esteemed Customer Experience function.

We are looking for several positions to join our team and are particularly interested in candidates who have a call centre or complaints handling backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for our brands, ensuring effective solutions and delivering unparalleled client experiences.
• Manage inbound and proactive communications with clients, retailers, and third parties on a daily basis. (telephone/e-mail/live chat) taking ownership through to final closure. Be an expert Case handler.
• Contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced team environment, fostering energy and collaboration.

Requirements:

• A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Aptitude and enthusiasm for learning about luxury brands and cultivating brand knowledge.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
