The Role: Assistant Estimator/Junior Estimator The Location: Warrington Salary: £up to £60k plus car/allowance and package Employment: Permanent Role Immediate interviews available Search is working with a well-established and highly reputable construction company who due to growth is looking for an experienced estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that can offer a secure permanent role, competitive salary and career progression Ideally we are looking for a candidate who has a civils background and have structural / concrete repair experience, however other experience will be considered. Role Assist in estimates for new tenders, working with other members of tender teams to develop customer solutions and secure sufficient work by value and type to meet the company's objectives. Key Responsibilities * Produce full take-off and produce BoQ/pricing schedules for all tenders * Assist in the undertaking of detailed and comprehensive estimates from first principles using Candy software * Assist in the production of sub-contract packages where required * Development of tender procurement schedule for materials and plant * Have full knowledge of the specific tender requirements, ensuring compliance in all respects of bid deliverables * Be aware of the company's best practices and innovations within bids across the business stream * Assist in the preparation of estimating handover packs for newly secured work Benefits * Competitive Salary * Company Car or Allowance * Bonus Scheme * Pension * Health Care * & More For more infiormation please apply directly and we will be in touch with suitable candidates.
