Buyer (Construction) £35,000 - £45,000 + Training, Progression + full benefits package Winborne An excellent opportunity for a Buyer with a Construction background to join a renowned luxury private housebuilder in a role where you will work on high quality developments within a progressive company. Have you got knowledge of Building Materials? Are you comfortable with placing orders and negotiating costs? Do you want to join a reputable business offering training and progression? This award winning housebuilder specialise in traditional new build housing developments from concept through to completion. They have a reputation for quality builds ensuring the highest quality is maintained throughout the design, build and handover process. Due to growth they're looking for a buyer to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has building material knowledge who is looking to be training and developed whist having long term progression. In this role you will work alongside two experience Buyers on exciting development programmes. You will liaise with suppliers to negotiate the best costs, order materials, arrange deliveries and speak with site teams to arrange deliveries. The ideal candidate will have Construction materials knowledge, ideally in a buying capacity who is looking to join a renowned housebuilder offering long term progression.
