We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service focused induvial to join an established and professional Insurance company that offer ongoing training and development.
You will use your excellent customer service skills to build relationships and maintain trust and confidence with customers to maximise satisfaction, retain and grow business.
We are looking for passionate and confident candidates with experience within the insurance industry who are looking to join a growing business and develop their skills and career.

Key responsibilities
* Mixture of both inbound and outbound telephone activities
* Act as first point of contact and provide solutions for customers in the sale or renewal of products/policies
* Identify potential sales opportunities through active listening and analysis of the customer’s needs
* Ensure customers have a full understanding of the products they are buying by communicating effectively
* Communicate in a prompt, polite and clear manner, representing the business with a positive and professional image at all times
* Follow up and resolve to a satisfactory conclusion any issues arising from sales or service queries
* Liaise with Underwriters, prepare renewals and issue documentation
* Prepare mid-term adjustment and cancellation documentation.
* Diary Management
* Allocation of monies to client accounts

* Competent written and oral communicator
* Competent in IT skills
