This is a pivotal leadership role, taking responsibility for the finance function while working closely with the CEO to support and shape the organisations ongoing strategic direction. About the job: Full oversight of the day to day of the finance function overseeing a small, established finance team of 5. Supporting long-term growth and sustainability, while managing strategic financial risk Leading the preparation of monthly management accounts, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts Delivering clear financial analysis and risk insight to the Senior Leadership Team Ensuring robust controls, systems and processes across payroll, income and cashflow Carrying out additional duties as set out in the full job description About you: Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE Considered with relevant experience Strong management or leadership experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
