A new French brasserie is opening in Chelsea this June. High volume. High standards. Classic cooking done properly.
This is a step-up role for a strong Sous or experienced Chef de Partie. Youll support the senior team and play a key part in daily kitchen operations.
The Role
You will support the Sous and Head Chef in a busy, premium kitchen.
Assist in leading the brigade during service
Run sections and step up when needed
Support prep, service, and kitchen organisation
Help train and guide junior chefs
Maintain consistency across all dishes
Ensure hygiene and HACCP standards are followed
The Food
Traditional French with modern elements
Premium brasserie style
High-volume operation
Up to 200 covers per day
What You Need
Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie
Background in French or European cooking
Comfortable in fast-paced, quality-led kitchens
Organised and reliable
Calm under pressure with good communication
The Setup
4850 hours per week
Moving towards a 4 on / 4 off structure
28 days holiday xwzovoh
