Mobile HVAC Engineer

Are you an experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a new role within the Facilities Management industry? Do you have experience working within the commercial industry? Randstad C&P is seeking an experienced HVAC engineer, on behalf of a national Facilities Management client. The successful candidates should have experience in air conditioning, air handling, and heat recovery units. This is a mobile position carrying out work within Liverpool and surrounding areas. The Package: Competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) Company van and fuel card supplied Core hours Monday to Friday (40-hour week) Generous pension scheme Training and development coursesMain Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct regular preventative maintenance and make any adjustments necessary including testing and examining heating, air conditioning & ventilation. Carry out installation, maintenance, and testing of HVAC equipment. Carry out all work to current F Gas Regulations. Working on systems such as - VRV / VRFs, split & multi-split systems. Working on a portfolio of mixed commercial sites. Receiving jobs through a handheld tablet. Complete all paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure all work is carried out safely and completed to high quality.Candidate Requirements: A minimum of an NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Knowledge of steam boiler water treatment & rotating plant. Experience with VRV's, VRF's, chillers, and air handling units Have commercial experience in building services or FM background Full UK driving licenceInterested? Apply with a full and up-to-date CV.
