Children's Residential Support Worker
Salary: £27,254-£30,024 pro rata
Sleep-in rate: £87.54
Hours: 37 hours per week, Permanent

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people in Middlesborough? We are looking for a dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team in a small, nurturing home for children who cannot currently live with their families.
As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care that meets the physical, emotional, social, and developmental needs of children with complex emotional and behavioural challenges, mental health disorders, and additional needs. You'll be part of a team committed to therapeutic approaches and restorative practices, helping children thrive in a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements:
QCF Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to undertake)
Experience working with children and young people
Understanding of child development and challenging behaviour
Positive attitude and ability to build relationships
