BI Lead Shrewsbury Contract £25.54 per hour PAYE or £34.31 per hour limited paid via umbrella company inside IR35 Our client is looking for an experienced BI Lead To support the adult social care transformation programme. On site 2 days per week ideally. Some flex to 1 day per week but do want some on site presence. The BI Lead will work with Adult and Housing services on the development and delivery of integrated intelligence and strategic analyses within the Council. The post holder will be the key point of contact for performance and insight analysis for Adults and Housing Services, which are regulated service with inspections a constant possibility and reality. The role represents the service on all matters relating to data, performance, and business intelligence, ensuring that senior leaders are supported with timely, high-quality insight to inform decision-making, planning, and assurance. The role will work closely with other members of the data and business intelligence team, to deliver business insights and intelligence across services, reducing duplication and increasing data quality. This work will inform policy, strategy and performance management and support a culture of evidence-led decision making across the Council, health and social care system and local partners. A core focus of the role is leading and delivering intelligence to support transformation and improvement programmes, including the Adult Services front door transformation and forecasting and demand modelling. The post holder will also act as the lead officer for CQC inspections and peer reviews. There will be a significant and important focus on keeping adults safe, and the post holder is required to work closely with and use data and insight to challenge the Executive Director of Adult Social Services (DASS), Service Directors and their senior staff, as well as liaising with partners involved with safeguarding. The post holder will be required to advise on the best solutions to deliver performance and business intelligence to a variety of stakeholders.
