About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaning Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across industrial and commercial environments.
You’ll work as part of a friendly, supportive team ensuring machinery, production areas, and facilities remain safe, hygienic, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out deep cleaning of industrial equipment, floors, and production areas
Use specialist cleaning tools, chemicals, and machinery (training provided)
Follow strict health & safety procedures, including PPE usage
Complete cleaning schedules and maintain accurate records
Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning targets
Report any hazards, maintenance issues, or equipment faults promptly
Hours - Monday to Friday 11am - 8pm.
What We’re Looking For
Previous industrial or commercial cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in busy, sometimes noisy or dusty environments
Reliable, punctual, and proactive
Willingness to undertake training (including COSHH and equipment training)
