For this role, we are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our award‑winning Private Client & Charity group in our Liverpool office.

This team works with a wide range of high net worth individuals, families, business owners and landed estates on complex private client matters, including wills and probate, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, capital gains tax and estate planning.

Due to continued growth, we require the successful candidate to have a minimum of 6 PQE and be confident in handling a broad range of private client matters. Associates looking to take the next step in their career are also welcome to apply.

Key Qualifications

• Experience in complex wills, trusts, business succession planning, inheritance tax planning, estate administration, and landed estates.
• Strong background of working with an established network of referrers and developing strong client relationships, including high net worth individuals, multi-generational families, elderly clients and business owners.
• Able to work independently, manage own caseload and supervise others in the team as needed.
• Ideally STEP qualified.
