FLT Driver

Job Title: FLT Driver

Responsible to: Production Manager

The FLT Driver MUST hold FLT licence - Reach and or Counter Balance

Location - Hillingdon Hayes

Must be available for all below shifts!

Day Shift: 8am to 4pm
Morning shift: 6am to 2pm
Afternoon shift: 2pm to 10pm
Night shift: 10pm to 6am

Main Function of FLT Driver job:

Order pick, wrap and label pallets ready for shipping and receiving
Receive deliveries and book in stock as per procedure
Prepare samples for testing and sales activities
Warehouse stock control and product release to production
Ensure that all products/pallets in the warehouse are clearly labelled for traceability purposes
Procurement recommendation
Carry out stock reconciliations
Complete daily paperwork
Follow instructions and executing them
Report any issues and concerns to the warehouse area leader, including quality, hygiene and equipment
Responsible for quality control to ensure that no damaged products or pallets are received or sent out
Clean and maintain work area, following GMPs
Liaise and communicate with Staff and Managers to ensure the above tasks are completed efficiently
Report any risks or any evidence of unsafe or out-of- specification product, equipment, packaging, or raw materials, to your direct manager to enable the resolution of issues requiring immediate action
Maintain food safety, authenticity, legality, and quality standards
Maintaining Health & Safety StandardsThe company is a Food Manufacturing and Production Company who specialise in nuts, so wont suit anyone with nut allergies.
