Senior Sales & Marketing Manager – Premium Hospitality Group 📍 London 💰 Up to 50k Salary 📅 Start Date: ASAP We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing hospitality group known for creating high-energy dining destinations and lifestyle experiences. This role will suit someone currently working within premium restaurants, members’ clubs or lifestyle hospitality brands who understands how to build buzz, drive covers and create unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll work closely with venue leadership to deliver impactful marketing campaigns, events and partnerships that keep venues full and brands culturally relevant. What you’ll be doing • Leading marketing campaigns that drive bookings, guest traffic and brand visibility • Planning and executing events, collaborations and influencer activations • Managing social, PR and digital campaigns across multiple venues • Supporting new venue launches and brand activations • Partnering with operations teams to align marketing with commercial goals • Using CRM insights and guest data to increase repeat visits and loyalty What we’re looking for • 5+ years’ marketing experience within restaurants, hospitality, lifestyle or luxury brands • Strong understanding of restaurant marketing, events and experiential activations • Experience working in fast-paced venue environments • A passion for hospitality culture, dining and social experiences This is a rare opportunity to join a growing hospitality brand and play a key role in shaping the marketing strategy behind some of London’s most exciting venues
