Role Description This is a contract, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Senior Haute Couture Pattern Cutter will translate design sketches, technical references, and creative direction into precise couture patterns for toiles and final garments. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and developing complex patterns by hand, conducting fittings, making adjustments, and working closely with the creative director, sample room, and machinists to ensure flawless construction and fit. The Senior Haute Couture Pattern Cutter will also oversee pattern grading where needed, maintain organized pattern archives, and help guide more junior team members on couture cutting standards and best practices. silk, tulle, organza, embellished textiles) and solving technical challenges.
