Senior Social Worker – Families First Contact and Protection (FFCP) Location: Catford, London Pay Rate: £39.04 per hour (Umbrella) Service Area: Children's Social Care About the Role We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the innovative Families First Contact and Protection (FFCP) service based in Catford, London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary team dedicated to improving outcomes for children and families through relationship-based, strengths-based and trauma-informed practice. You will play a key role in assessing the needs of children and families, identifying safeguarding concerns and determining the most appropriate level of support. Using the Family Help Continuum of Need, you will help ensure families receive timely, proportionate interventions, whether through statutory services or community-based resources.
