Has proven General Manager experience within a quality, food-led hospitality business

Loves building, developing and inspiring high-performing teams

Understands the numbers and knows how to drive sales and profitability

Leads from the front and takes pride in exceptional standards

Has a genuine passion for great food, drink and guest experiences

Can identify opportunities to grow the business and make the most of its potential

Builds strong relationships with guests and the local community
