You’ll have the opportunity to develop relationships, win new work and play a visible role in shaping the continued growth of the audit offering in Aberdeen.You’ll also provide leadership to the wider team, supporting the development of talented audit professionals and helping to create an environment where people can progress and build successful careers.What you'll need to succeedYou’ll be an experienced audit professional operating at Partner or Director level, with the credibility and ambition to take a leading role within a growing business.You’ll be a qualified accountant, ideally CA or ACA, with significant audit experience and the technical credibility required to lead senior client relationships and audit engagements.Alongside your technical expertise, you’ll bring strong commercial instincts and relationship-building skills. You’ll be comfortable developing new opportunities, building your external network and representing the firm within the Aberdeen business community.For someone currently at Director level, you’ll be able to demonstrate that you’re ready to step beyond delivery and take greater responsibility for clients, people and the growth of the business.What you'll get in returnThis is an opportunity to take on a genuine Partner-level role with the scope to influence the future development of the audit business in Aberdeen.
