Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 (Depending on Experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end import and export operations across global markets
• Coordinate transport and schedules with hauliers, carriers, and overseas partners
• Build and maintain strong client and agent relationships
• Provide regular shipment updates and resolve any issues quickly and professionally
• Prepare customs entries, invoices, and documentation with accuracy and compliance
• Ensure timely costing and invoicing for each shipment
• Take ownership of each job from origin to final delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in UK freight forwarding
• Knowledge of air, sea, and/or road freight operations
• Confident with customs clearance and international shipping documentation
• Experience using freight systems such as Cargowise, Multifreight, or similar
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude and ability to handle multiple shipments
