Site Manager – Planned Works (Kitchens & Bathrooms) Walsall  £32.00 per hour (CIS) Minimum 3 months (with strong potential to extend) We’re looking for a confident and driven Site Manager to take the lead on a planned works programme focused on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments across social housing properties in the Walsall/Bloxwich area. This is a great opportunity to step into a well-running project with consistent work, strong support, and the chance to secure a longer-term contract. What you’ll be doing: Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple occupied properties Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard Maintaining health & safety compliance at all times Liaising with tenants, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience Driving quality and programme performance across kitchen and bathroom installations What we’re looking for: Proven experience as a Site Manager within planned works / social housing Strong background in kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines Excellent communication and organisational skills Must have SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Gold Card or above) If you’re a Site Manager who thrives in a fast-paced planned works environment and knows how to keep projects running smoothly, please submit your CV today
