HR Advisor Bootle (with travel to Warrington) £30,000 to £35,000 Pension, Life Assurance, Private Healthcare, Holidays A market leading manufacturing company is looking for a HR Advisor to join the team at a really exciting time at the business. This is a generalist position, working in a fast-paced environment and will involve varied responsibility across a range of areas. This is a truly excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to join a dynamic role. What you'll be doing: Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit Advising managers and employees across a range of HR and ER matters Managing contracts, onboarding documents, and compliance checks Coordinating inductions and supporting probation reviews Working with union reps where required Delivering training and administering the Vinci Works platform Maintaining accurate employee records and preparing payroll data Administering family‑friendly leave in line with policy. Skills and Qualifications CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) Must be well versed in a HR role within a small team/business that is dynamic Experience with HR databases is highly advantageous Must have worked with ER cases Hold a UK driving license and be happy to travel between local sites Company Information As a business our client is a true market leader within their industry with a strong presence across the UK.
