Project / Programme Manager

An exciting new opportunity has arisen with a leading equipment manufacturer in South Gloucestershire, for Project / Programme Manager to lead NPI Projects Offered on a permanent basis with a hybrid working model. (3-5 days onsite). Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will lead on the development of new products, taking initial ideas from research scientist, through planning stages, through manufacture to successful product launch, and final delivery to customer. Promoting and improving project management and product development processes, you will lead the project teams to ensure on time delivery of new products. With a strong background in Project Management and NPI Engineering, you will lead and manage the project deliverables at all stages of high value products and systems. Working with key stakeholders to ensure overall project schedules, quality assurance and costs meet business requirements. Working with Sales, Service and Marketing, you will ensure seamless product release and shipping / delivery to end users. Experience: You should have a proven track record in delivering similar NPI projects and seeing new products through the process to final customer acceptance. You should have a proven track record in managing multiple projects at any one time, ie programme management. Additional Information: Candidates MUST be eligible to live and work in the UK without requiring sponsorship. Copies of Passport and Visa will be requested for verification.
