About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will take centre stage in helping customers through one of the most significant purchases of their lives — finding their dream home. You will manage the full journey from first enquiry through to key handover, delivering a professional, seamless, and friendly experience every step of the way.
Working Hours – Hours will be 35 hours per week – Thursday to Monday – Hours 10am to 5:00pm – Must be happy to work every weekend.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage prospective buyers, providing expert advice and a first-class service.
Conduct on-site and virtual viewings, showcasing the design, quality, and lifestyle of each development.
Manage the complete sales process efficiently, from enquiry to completion.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, incentives, and product information.
Collaborate closely with marketing and site teams to support new launches and promotional activity.
Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring expectations are exceeded at every stage.
About You
Must have at least two to three years proven experience in new homes sales.
Strong communication and people skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable to different challenges.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Able to work Thursday through Monday (core business days).
