English Teacher

A teacher is required to teach English at a school near Burton on Trent for just 5 days between 30th April to 14th May Your Role: * Teach engaging English lessons aligned with current National Curriculum, adapting to different classroom settings. This will be mainly KS3 with some Yr10 KS4. * Ensure lessons align with curriculum goals & support student growth * Build strong relationships with students & school staff to foster a positive learning environment Essentially, as an English Teacher, you must also be comfortable delivering lessons to all pupil abilities and be flexible in your approach to teaching. Applicants for this position of English Teacher will initially be screened over the telephone to assess suitability and then be invited for an interview with the agency prior to the interview with the school. Your Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) * Applicants need the right to work in the UK * Previous experience in high school education as an EnglishTeacher * Up-to-date DBS check or availability to complete one * Provide two referees Why Blackboard Recruitment?
