Technical Facilities Manager

Job Title: Technical Facilities Manager Location: Fife Salary: £50,000 per annum Type: Full-Time, Permanent Overview We’re currently recruiting for a Technical Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of hard FM services across a multi-site portfolio in Fife. This is a key role responsible for managing engineering teams, subcontractors, and ensuring all maintenance and compliance activities are delivered to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day delivery of M&E services across multiple sites * Lead and support engineering teams and subcontractors * Ensure all PPM and reactive works are completed in line with KPIs and SLAs * Maintain compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements * Oversee asset management, maintenance planning, and lifecycle activities * Build strong relationships with clients and attend review meetings * Manage budgets and support pricing of additional works Requirements * Experience in a Technical Facilities Manager or similar role * Strong background in FM / Building Services * Mechanical or electrical qualification * IOSH or NEBOSH (preferred) * Experience managing teams and subcontractors * Strong communication and organisational skills What’s on Offer * £50,000 salary * Multi-site responsibility within a well-established contract * Opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team * Long-term, stable position
