Project Architect Leicestershire - 2 days in the office  Up to £45,000 DOE Aztrum is delighted to announce a new partnership with a well-established and growing architectural practice based in Leicestershire. My client is looking to appoint a Job Running Architect to take ownership of projects through the technical and delivery stages, playing a key role in the successful execution of live schemes. Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architect role: • Run projects from post-planning through to completion • Coordinate consultants, contractors, and specialist teams • Produce and oversee detailed technical drawing packages in Revit • Manage programme, budget, and quality throughout delivery • Act as the primary client contact during delivery stages • Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, planning conditions and industry standards • Attend site meetings and support projects through construction and handover • Provide support and guidance to junior team members Requirements for this Job Running Architect role: • Proven experience running projects independently across RIBA Stages 3–6 • Revit experience • Retail project experience is desirable • Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing If this opportunity is of interest to you, please contact Harley on (url removed) or alternatively call (phone number removed) for more information
