Plumber

Actaris Site Services are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Plumber to carry out testing, filling, and commissioning of domestic water systems within high-specification residential apartments in Bayswater. The role focuses on ensuring all hot and cold water systems are installed, functioning, and compliant with required standards prior to handover. Key Responsibilities * Filling and pressurising hot and cold water systems across multiple apartment units * Testing pipework for leaks, pressure integrity, and overall system performance * Checking correct installation and operation of: * Hot water systems * Cold water supply * Taps, showers, sanitaryware, and associated fittings * Flushing systems to ensure cleanliness and compliance * Identifying and reporting defects or faults to site management * Carrying out minor remedial works where required * Ensuring all works meet current UK plumbing regulations and standards * Completing job sheets, test records, and commissioning documentation Please send cvs to be considered for this role
