At MCS Healthcare , we are looking for dedicated Health Care Assistants to support a young client living at home with their family in Radstock.

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide consistent, person-centred care to an adolescent with a learning disability and epilepsy.

About the Role You will be supporting a young person who lives in a loving family home and has complex clinical needs, including a tracheostomy, BiPAP therapy, and gastrostomy care.

The client requires reassurance, structure, and consistent support, particularly during the night.

Providing attentive clinical care, building trust, offering reassurance, and responding in a calm, safe, and supportive manner is essential to ensure their comfort and wellbeing.

This role is not just about care tasksits about building a positive relationship, promoting a sense of safety, and supporting the client to feel comfortable in their own home.
