Senior Project Manager Clevedon (Hybrid) Up to £63,000 + 7.5% Bonus Permanent BMR Solutions Ltd BMR Solutions are working in partnership with a global engineering and technology-led manufacturing business to recruit a high-impact Senior Project Manager. This is a pivotal role where you’ll take ownership of complex, high-value programmes and drive delivery across multidisciplinary teams. This is a role for someone who thrives on accountability, brings clarity to complexity, and delivers results. The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of either a large-scale project, multiple medium-sized projects, or a portfolio of subsystems/technologies. You will act as the driving force behind delivery—ensuring projects land on time, within budget, and to specification. You will: * Act as the single point of accountability for project schedule, cost, scope, and risk * Build and manage robust project plans using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) across multiple levels * Own and control project budgets, tracking spend and driving cost efficiency * Develop and manage RACI matrices to ensure clear ownership across teams * Lead RAID management—proactively identifying risks, driving mitigation, and adapting plans where needed * Influence and align cross-functional, global teams to deliver key milestones * Deliver clear, concise reporting to stakeholders, translating complex project data into actionable insight About You * Recognised Project/Programme Management qualification (APM PMQ, Prince2 or equivalent) * Degree qualified in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline * Proven track record delivering complex, multi-phase technical projects to time, cost, and quality * Experience managing projects with software elements * Strong experience working across global teams and influencing at multiple levels * Advanced planning capability, including WBS development and use of tools such as Microsoft Project * Commercially aware, highly organised, and confident in high-pressure environments What’s On Offer * Up to £63,000 salary + 7.5% bonus * Hybrid working model (Clevedon-based with flexibility) * A culture built on trust, accountability, and innovation * Long-term career development and progression * Comprehensive benefits and wellbeing support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion At BMR Solutions, we are committed to building diverse and inclusive workplaces.
