What youll be doing If you share our passion for great food, you can expect a wide range of opportunities, development and support throughout our HR Graduate Programme, helping you build the skills, knowledge and confidence to grow your career in HR. Programme. Our three-year HR Graduate Programme offers comprehensive experience across both factory and central HR functions, providing you with a well-rounded understanding of the people agenda and preparing you for future senior HR roles Generalist HR and HR processes People reporting, data and analytics Understanding business priorities and challenges Using data effectively to inform decision-making Communication and relationship-building Stakeholder management Research, analysis and problem-solving We expect your first six months to be spent within our People Services team, where you will develop a strong foundation in HR processes and practices. You will then move into operational learning, building your experience and preparing you for your second year in Operational HR which will be based at one of our manufacturing sites across the UK In your third year, you will gain valuable experience within our Central People and Rewards teams, broadening your understanding of the wider people strategy and developing your expertise across key areas of HR. Throughout the programme, you will be given opportunities to take on activities and projects designed to stretch your knowledge, challenge your thinking and support your continued development. What were looking for Degree: ?Achieved or expected to achieve at least a 2:2+?honours degree in?any discipline but with a preference towards Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management/Administration Experience: ?At least three months of relevant work experience or demonstrated experience as working as part of a team. Work Eligibility: ?Right to work in the UK for a minimum of 3 years from September 2025 Motivation: ?A clear motivation to deepen knowledge of the food industry, with a desire to learn how Human Resources supports business success.? Flexibility: ?Willingness to complete three 12-month placements at?different locations?across the UK (we will consider your preferences). From day one, you will take responsibility for your work area and personal development, with comprehensive on-the-job training provided. Throughout your time at Greencore, you will be supported with on-the-job training and development opportunities to further your career.
