SMT Operator Portsmouth £26,000 – £28,000 Monday – Thursday 07:30 – 16:15 Friday early finish We’re currently recruiting for an SMT Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business, supporting the assembly of high-quality electronic products. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in electronics, assembly, or production environments who is looking to develop their skills within a supportive and structured team. The Role: Supporting the SMT line and assembly of electronic hardware Working to detailed build instructions Assembling components, including work under a microscope Maintaining high standards of quality and precisionWhat We’re Looking For: Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or electronics Basic understanding of electronic components (desirable) Soldering or cleanroom experience (advantageous but not essential) Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team Good organisational and communication skillsFull training will be provided, making this a great opportunity to grow within a specialist environment.
