- Chester Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for delivering impactful pension projects? We're looking for a skilled and driven HR Project Specialist (Pensions) to join our Chester based client and play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic pension initiatives.

About the Role In this role, you will lead and support a range of HR pension-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and provide expert guidance on pension schemes and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of pension projects, including implementation, change management, and process improvements Act as a subject matter expert on pension schemes, policies, and compliance Partner with HR, finance, and external providers to ensure seamless project execution Analyse data and provide insights to support decision-making Ensure all pension activities comply with current legislation and best practices What We're Looking For Proven experience in HR project management, ideally xwzovoh with a focus on pensions Strong knowledge of pension schemes and relevant regulations Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills This is a fantastic long term interim opportunity
