Job Title: Inclusion Teacher - Behaviour Focus Location: North Essex Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner for the right candidate) Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) Job Description: A forward-thinking education provision in North Essex is seeking an Inclusion Teacher with a strong focus on behaviour support, engagement, and re-integration. This role is suitable for either a mainstream teacher looking to move into inclusion, or an experienced SEND/SEMH practitioner who is confident working in high-support environments. The setting supports students who require additional structure and consistency to access learning, with a clear emphasis on reducing barriers to education and improving outcomes.
