Well‑mannered and collaborative, able to slot into a close‑knit and supportive team. Passionate about producing fresh, vibrant, relaxed yet elegant dishes. Focused on flavour, consistency, and quality. Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality dishes with a strong emphasis on fresh ingredients and bold flavours. Support menu development and contribute creative ideas. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety. Train, mentor, and motivate junior team members. Work collaboratively with both back‑ and front‑of‑house teams.
