Im working exclusively on a Restaurant Manager opportunity within a stunning boutique country house hotel just outside Birmingham, and Im keen to speak with strong operators from premium hospitality backgrounds.

This is not a step-and-repeat restaurant role youll be leading an award-winning brasserie delivering all-day premium dining including breakfast, lunch, dinner, Sunday lunch and afternoon tea, with full ownership of service standards and team performance.
