Ladies Athleisure Designer

You will have a great eye for trends and be passionate about creating fashion forward Athleisure.

The successful candidate will play a key role in creating trend-led, commercially viable ranges for major retail customers.

Main Responsibilities will include: Support the planning and design of ladies' athleisure and sportswear ranges Create CAD designs for both customer presentations and internal ranges Develop accurate tech packs to ensure sample precision Contribute to seasonal trend packs, including shapes, fabrics, colours, graphics, and mood direction Conduct regular shop reports for competitor and market analysis Proactively research and source new fabrics and trims Participate in seasonal inspiration trips, including potential international travel Liaise with internal merchandising teams in Shanghai Build and maintain strong relationships with buying teams Maintain and update sample trackers Keep fabric and trim libraries organised and current Ensure digital systems (e.g.

OneDrive) are up to date General office administration, including post and maintaining rails and folders Continuously develop skills, including learning new software such as AI tools Person Specification: Experience in ladieswear xwzovoh design is essential Previous exposure to sportswear is preferred but not essential Strong CAD skills, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Working knowledge of Excel; AI software skills are advantageous Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to design commercially viable yet trend-forward ranges Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong team player with a proactive approach Positive, motivated, and determined attitude
