Your role will span deal closing, transaction management, and operational oversight, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities Deal Closing: Review facility documentation for compliance, collaborate with legal counsel, and manage the onboarding process in LoanIQ.
Transaction Management: Coordinate amendments, waivers, and consents, while serving as the main point of contact for deal-related queries.
Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve ad hoc issues, reconcile nostro breaks, and oversee offshore teams to maintain high standards.
What We Look For Experience: Minimum 3 years in a comparable Loans Agency role, with experience in LoanIQ and credit agreement interpretation.
Skills: Strong communication, organisational abilities, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Desirable: Exposure to structured finance sectors (real estate, acquisition, shipping, infrastructure) and familiarity with DebtDomain or ClearPar.
