What this role actually is
Youre not just overseeing a shift.
Youre setting the pace, supporting the team, and making sure everything runs the way it should.
From first guest through to the end of the night, the expectation is simple: smooth service, strong atmosphere and no drop in standards.

What youll be doing
leading shifts from start to finish
running pre-shift briefings and setting clear expectations
keeping service smooth, fast and consistent during busy periods
supporting the team on the floor and stepping in where needed
handling guest feedback and resolving issues confidently
coordinating bar and floor to keep everything flowing
maintaining standards across service, cleanliness and setup

What were looking for
experience in a busy, high-energy venue
previous supervisor or team leader experience
confident leading a team during fast-paced service
strong communication and a team-first mindset
positive, hands-on and reliable approach
