Regional Sales Manager
Telford based
£60k basic + 20% bonus + car + benefits package
My client is looking for a highly successful Sales Manager that has previous experience in distributor and wholesale growth, ideally from the manufacturing or construction sectors. This is a key role developing and growing networks and driving commercial success. You will be focused on key distributors, working with sales teams, trade counters and the right decision makers to grow market share.
You must have solid evidence of being a hunter, able to handle the autonomy whilst influencing all levels of stakeholders. Skilled at identifying opportunities in developing the product range and manage commercial agreements and negotiations to enhance margin performance.
You will be a results driven seller, have a natural ability to build rapport and be able to work at pace. Electrical wholesale or technical product experience is preferred as is influencing distributor sales teams
