Electrical and mechanical fault finding on production machinery
Planned preventative maintenance across the site
Supporting continuous improvement and root cause analysis activities, machinery upgrades, projects, and site improvements
Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime
This is a hands-on role where your input will be valued, and where you'll have the opportunity to contribute towards ongoing site improvements and engineering developments.
What You'll Be Working On
Conveyors, packaging machinery and ancillary equipment
Automated and PLC-controlled production machinery
Continuous improvement projects and engineering upgrades
A site actively investing in new systems and technology
What They're Looking For
Qualified engineer with strong Electrical and Mechanical skills (preferably Electrically Biased)
Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, packaging or automated production environments
Proactive mindset with a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement
Someone who thrives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
If you're looking for a role where you can develop your skills, influence improvements, and be part of a business investing heavily into its future, this is well worth a conversation
