You'll be involved in reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance, continuous improvement work, and reliability-focused engineering. You'll be responsible for: Electrical and mechanical fault finding on production machinery Planned preventative maintenance across the site Supporting continuous improvement and root cause analysis activities, machinery upgrades, projects, and site improvements Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime This is a hands-on role where your input will be valued, and where you'll have the opportunity to contribute towards ongoing site improvements and engineering developments. What You'll Be Working On Conveyors, packaging machinery and ancillary equipment Automated and PLC-controlled production machinery Continuous improvement projects and engineering upgrades A site actively investing in new systems and technology What They're Looking For Qualified engineer with strong Electrical and Mechanical skills (preferably Electrically Biased) Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, packaging or automated production environments Proactive mindset with a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement Someone who thrives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment If you're looking for a role where you can develop your skills, influence improvements, and be part of a business investing heavily into its future, this is well worth a conversation
