The Job: On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Temporary Administrator to join them for a temporary role on an ongoing basis.
This role will be working as a receptionist/administrator, and you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the team.
Key responsibilities will include: Managing both phone calls and emails.
Liaising with both internal and external customers and members of the team Making sure documents are up to date.
Working on IT systems such as Word and Excel Managing visitors Dealing with queries Carrying out bag searches The Person: For this role, our client is looking for someone who has previous administration or receptionist experience and have an enhanced DBS (its essential you already have one already) A good eye for detail and accuracy.
Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset.
Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in a residential environment. xwzovoh
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other online platforms.
The Hours: Monday to Friday 37hours a week The Location: Bristol, car parking (100% office based) The Salary: £12.80 per hour
