What youll be doing?
Open and launch a brand-new site.
Recruit, train and lead a team of around 20.
Set the standard for service, pace and consistency.
Run a high-volume, fast-paced operation day to day.
Own your numbers: labour, sales, KPIs, performance.
Get stuck in on the floor when it matters (which is often).
Drive a culture that people actually want to be part of.
Work closely with senior leadership as the business scales.
