General Operations Manager

Job Description: Job Overview We are working with a reputable, busy specialist engineering company, delivering inspection, testing, and compliance services across lifting equipment and plant machinery throughout the UK. The business has a strong industry reputation and is recognised for its high staff retention and collaborative team culture. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now seeking an experienced General / Operations Manager to lead and develop their operational function from their Luton base. This is a key leadership role within the business, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality inspection and compliance services across multiple client sites. The role will involve a mix of office-based leadership and site engagement, with travel required.
