- Consultant to Director We are hiring Identity & Access Management professionals across multiple seniority levels
- from Consultant through to Director level, to join a market-leading Cyber Security practice within a global professional services firm.

All roles require prior experience in a consulting, Managed Service Provider (MSP), or systems integrator (SI) environment.

What We're Looking For Proven IAM experience across IGA, PAM, AM, AD, and CIAM (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping, Okta) Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern authentication (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory / Azure AD, Federation Services, DNS, DHCP Consulting / MSP / systems integrator background (mandatory) UK-based with right to work in the UK Ideally experience working for a Consultancy and or Financial Services For Consultant level: Hands-on installation, configuration, scripting, and testing capability.

For Senior level: Experience creating HLD/LLD, technical documentation, RACI matrices, and managing client delivery.

For Senior Manager and above: Client relationships at C-suite level, proposal development, commercial models, operating model design, and go-to-market strategy.
