Job Title: Senior Staff Nurse Renal Dialysis Location: Thamesmead Salary: £36,846 £44,515 per annum £4,500 location allowance Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

- Closed Sunday We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join a well-established renal dialysis clinic in Thamesmead.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in partnership with the NHS.
This role is ideal for a nurse with strong renal experience who is looking to progress into a senior position with leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Act as Nurse in Charge and deputise for the Clinic Manager when required Deliver high standards of patient-centred renal care Support and mentor junior nurses and healthcare staff Undertake patient assessments and manage care programmes Prepare and monitor dialysis equipment and treatment systems Review pre and post haemodialysis care with patients Contribute to continuous improvement and clinical governance initiatives Requirements Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration Minimum 2 years experience in a renal dialysis setting Knowledge of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct Renal qualification (ENB 136 or equivalent) or working towards Mentorship/Teaching qualification (desirable) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Salary & Benefits £36,846 £44,515 per annum (depending on experience) £4,500 location allowance 35 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing with service No night shifts or Sunday working Paid breaks and overtime opportunities Christmas Day and New Years Day off Company pension and life assurance Blue Light Card eligibility Ongoing training and career development Employee wellbeing support and benefits platform Referral scheme (up to £1,000) About the Role 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, allowing time for high-quality care Structured 8-week supernumerary induction programme Supportive senior leadership team and mentoring structure Modern, well-equipped dialysis clinic Apply If you are a dedicated renal nurse looking for your next step into a senior role, apply today to be considered.
