About the role

The Role: • Carry out all Surface Preparation - Cleaning, Pre-treatment of all Substrates, Filling, sanding, and smoothing surfaces that need to be sprayed. • Masking and covering of all areas that are not being coated. • Operation of Airless paint application system. • Applying both single pack and two pack coating systems. • Selecting and attaching the correct spray nozzle to create the desired spray pattern. • Ability to carry out repair work on coated products. • Carry out basic plant/machine maintenance, ensuring equipment is operational at all times. • Final Inspection – Inspecting and assessing of spray coatings after the product has full cured. • Complete all required Quality documentation. • Flexible approach and commitment to production schedule and working hours. • Positive can-do attitude. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 6.00am - 3.00pm. Friday 6.00am - 11.00am
