What Were Looking For
An experienced Junior Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
Ability to thrive in a large busy kitchen while maintaining consistently high standards
Positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
Full driving licence required unless using the live-in accommodation
Your xwzovoh Responsibilities
Support the large senior kitchen team in the day-to-day running of service
Take ownership of your section during prep and service
Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Help mentor and motivate junior team members
Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and stock control
