Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and well-structured maths lessons across relevant Key Stages
Inspire pupils to build strong mathematical understanding and a love of learning
Contribute to the development of curriculum planning and departmental initiatives
Maintain high expectations for pupil progress, behaviour and achievement
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive facultyRequirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards qualification as an ECT
Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for mathematics
Ability to motivate and challenge learners of varying abilities
Commitment to professional development and reflective practice
Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
