This role involves carrying out fencing repairs, replacements, and installations across residential properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Installation, repair, and replacement of various fencing types Working on occupied and void social housing properties Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations Accurately recording work completed and reporting any additional issues Requirements: Proven experience withfencing and Groundworks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence (essential) Good understanding of health & safety practices Strong communication and customer service skills Desirable: Experience xwzovoh working within social housing or property maintenance CSCS Card or willing to complete E-learning courses (Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working at Height and COSHH) What We Offer: Company vehicle and fuel card Stable, on going work within a reputable organisation If your interested, Apply now!
